For digital files, we will deliver to your email address provided at checkout
Printed Product Shipping
For printed products (paper prints, canvas, pillows, mugs...), processing and shipping time will depend on each product. For more details, please see each product's description.
After your product is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and link to the tracking site.
Refund and Return Policy
For digital files or mockups, if there's something you do not like about the result, let us know and we will try our best to make it right. And if it still doesn't work, we refund you the full amount.
Please notice that for revisions, we only make changes on the drawings that we've done for your orders. If you need us to draw from another photo, placing additional orders are required.
For physical products, if there's a print error or it's damaged, you can return it to the return address on the shipping package. We will reimburse the shipping fee and ship the replacement for free.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
